Armando’s pasta contains less than 0.01 ppm (0.00001 g technical zero) of residues from the most widely used plant protection products (pesticides) normally involved in growing and storing durum wheat used to produce it, such as glyphosate. We have worked with Armando’s Pasta Factory in the same fields where our ancestors harvested fine Italian grains for generations. We made a vow to each other to preserve the standards of premium quality pasta.
